The AAMS State Association Committee focuses on improving bi-directional communication with state critical care transport associations to learn more about local issues faced by our members. We also seek to highlight the importance of these state associations to the full AAMS membership and encourage participation at the state level.

The Michigan Association of Air Medical Providers (MAAP) exists to promote interaction and collaboration between flight programs in the areas of safety, quality, and advocacy. OHIO The Ohio Association of Critical Care Transport (OACCT) represents a unified voice for the critical care medical transport community in the state of Ohio. Through common effort we will improve the health outcomes of the populations for which we provide care.
TEXAS
TAAMS represents more than 25 air medical organizations running over 100 aircraft in the State of Texas. Our members include for-profit and not-for-profit medical transport service providers, suppliers and individuals which have come together for the purpose of improving the Texas air medical community. WISCONSIN
The Wisconsin Air Medical Council consists of air medial transport providers which utilize rotor-wing and/or fixed wing as a mode of transportation and operate based within the State of Wisconsin. The council's purpose is to promote and enhance air medical transport safety within the state of Wisconsin, provide a forum for the exchange of information and to facilitate cooperative and collaborative problem solving, promote appropriate utilization of air medical services, work with government and regulatory agencies to affect change in aviation regulations pertaining to air medical transportation, interface with the state and regional trauma advisory committees and interface with like organizations in neighboring states.
