Leadership Incident Fortification Training (LIFT) Institute
It’s 0200, you get “that call”… do you know what to do?

High-impact sentinel events or other crises can make or break individuals and organizations.  Often, the  long-term, life-altering ripple effects for those involved are immeasurable.  A robust, timely, and well-prepared response can help lessen the trauma for the people who were impacted, both directly and indirectly, and help to set them on a healthy trajectory to recovery.

Responding effectively to the complexities of high-impact events requires a multi-faceted, multi-disciplinary, comprehensive, and collaborative approach to maximize the potential for healthy recovery for survivors, crews, family members, the organization, and the community as a whole.

Currently, when we experience these low-frequency, high-consequence events in our industry, leaders often find themselves struggling to navigate what is often uncharted and challenging territory.  LIFT aims to prepare leaders by providing education, subject matter experts, and resources to help navigate the path to healing, recovery, and ultimately post-traumatic growth for individuals and organizations.
