LIFT365

High-impact sentinel events can have lasting effects on individuals and organizations. The medical transport community is not immune to such crises and leaders are being called upon to respond with little to no prior experience and limited resources.

The LIFT Institute was developed to equip leaders with the essential tools, knowledge, and support needed to effectively manage sentinel events, minimizing harm while maximizing organizational learning. The program addresses key elements across the full spectrum of crisis leadership, from risk mitigation and preparation to response and recovery.

Since its inception, LIFT has grown beyond a certification program, evolving into a robust ecosystem of support for leaders and teams facing the most challenging and dynamic situations.

Building on this foundation, AAMS is proud to introduce LIFT365, a comprehensive collection of specialized resources developed to further support leaders and teams in their response to sentinel events.

Below is an overview of the current components of LIFT365, with additional offerings in development.
