Please note:  AMTC registrants will receive hotel information as part of their registration confirmation.  The AMTC is NOT partnering with any third party to sell hotel rooms. Don’t be fooled by the hotel room trolls! If you are contacted by anyone who says they are selling hotel rooms on behalf of the AMTC, do not believe them. The only way to get the reduced rate is by following the instructions received in your registration confirmation.


Member Full Registration Fees:
Between 5/15 – 7/31:  $585 
Between 8/1 – 10/2:  $685 
On-Site rate applies starting 10/3:  $785

Non Member Full Registration Fees:

Military Rate:
Available only to currently enlisted full-time military personnel:  $95

Includes:

  • Access to the exhibit hall Monday through Wednesday during official show hours
  • Access to all education sessions Monday through Wednesday during official show hours
  • Special Events access to MASH Bash on Sunday evening and the Awards Show and After Party on Monday evening

Pilot Pass:
Available only to pilots that are currently operating in EMS programs.

  • Access to exhibit hall Monday through Wednesday during official show hours
  • Access to all education sessions Monday through Wednesday, but does not qualify for continuing education credits
  • Special Events access to MASH Bash on Sunday evening and the Awards Show and After Party

Exhibit Hall Only:  $250

(available online starting Oct 3 and onsite)

Includes:

  • Access to the exhibit hall only Monday through Wednesday during official show hours
  • Special Events access to MASH Bash on Sunday evening and the Awards Show and After Party
  • No access to education sessions or continuing education credits

Education session One Day Passes:  $350

(available online starting Oct 3 and onsite)

Includes:

  • Access to education sessions on designated day (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) noted on badge
  • Access to exhibit hall on designated day (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) noted on badge
  • Access to all special events on designated day  (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) noted on badge

Single Education Session:  $95

(only available onsite)

Includes:

  • No badge – a ticket for that specific session

Individual Special Event Purchases

Includes:

  • MASH Bash: $95
  • Awards Event and After Party : $95

Service and Processing Fee
Please note that on your final registration receipt the ‘sales tax’ is in fact a service/processing fee added to your final total for registration when using a credit card only.
