Membership
Information
The Association of Air Medical Services
(AAMS) is the only national association serving the entire air and
ground medical transport community. AAMS provides all of its members
from medical transport service providers, to suppliers, to individuals,
numerous and invaluable benefits. A voluntary, non-profit organization
representing over 600 companies, programs and individuals, AAMS
encourages and supports its members in maintaining standards of
performance reflecting safe operations and efficient, high quality
patient care. The association is built on the idea that
representation from a variety of medical transport services and
businesses can be brought together to share information, collectively
resolve problems and provide leadership in the community.
If you are already a member of the
association, we thank you for your support. We hope that you are

REGULAR
MEMBERSHIP –
The flight and ground medical transport programs
Regular Membership is limited to air and critical care ground
medical transport services, regardless of market segment or program
configuration, that have physician-directed medical controls.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP- The operators
Associate Membership in the Corporation shall be limited to any
person, partnership, corporation or other business entity, which is an
aviation operator of emergency medical services.

AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP
– The companies or people who sell products and services
Affiliate Membership in the Corporation shall be limited to any
person, partnership, corporation or other business entity, not eligible
for Regular or Associate membership, which provides a product or service
to the medical transport industry.

PERSONAL MEMBERSHIP -
Individual members
Please read the qualifications very
carefully as this membership is not intended to be applied for INSTEAD
OF any other qualifying membership.
Personal Membership shall be any
individuals having an interest in the medical transport industry who are
not currently employed or associated with a medical transport
service; individuals having an interest in the medical transport
industry who are not currently employed by or associated with a company
or program that is a prospective AAMS Regular, Associate, Affiliate,
Allied, or Chapter Member; or individuals who are currently
employed by or associated with an AAMS Regular, Associate, Affiliate,
Allied, or Chapter Member.
